At the center of the Halny Carousel is a central post to which three even, stable handrails are attached. This layout provides users with a comfortable grip, makes it easy to set the carousel in motion, and allows for a natural, comfortable position during play.
The Halny carousel is made of carbon steel with anti-corrosion treatment and powder coating, ensuring exceptional resistance to intensive use and varying environmental conditions. The structural solutions applied in the Halny carousel model guarantee user stability and safety while giving the equipment a modern and aesthetic appearance.
The carousel floor is finished with a polyethylene anti-slip plate with pronounced button studs that provide excellent grip even during dynamic carousel movement or adverse weather. This material is durable, weather-resistant, and pleasant to the touch, allowing the carousel to be used safely throughout the year.
The equipment meets the requirements of PN-EN 1176-1:2017 and PN-EN 1176-5:2019 standards, confirmed by current certificates issued by the accredited certification body TÜV SÜD. The carousel is fully approved for use on public playgrounds.
