Laser cutting is a non-contact processing method, which means the material does not deform and the edges remain smooth and clean. The concentrated laser beam enables precise cutting of even complex contours without the need for additional finishing.
Materials We Process at Gold-Mark
Based on our laser technology and the actual capabilities of our machine park, we process:
- carbon steel cutting with thickness from 0.5 mm to 12 mm
- stainless steel cutting with thickness from 0.5 mm to 4 mm
- aluminum cutting with thickness from 0.5 mm to 4 mm
Laser technology enables the processing of both thin parts, jak i structural elements, while maintaining high repeatability and edge quality.
Dimensional Range and Processing Capabilities
As part of our services for external clients, we provide:
- sheet cutting with maximum dimensions of 2500 mm x 1250 mm
- 3D laser cutting of spatial elements do 2500 mm x 1250 mm × 600 mm
- tube and profile cutting – length up to 2200 mm, diameter up to 180 mm
Thanks to localized heat concentration, the cutting kerf is minimal, enabling the production of precise holes, fine shapes, and details with high aesthetic requirements.
