The inclusive swing design is based on a gondola adapted for wheelchair access, featuring a secure ramp closed by a locking handrail. Users can independently set the swing in motion or bring it to a stop using the convenient drive ropes positioned inside the structure. Once the wheelchair is placed on the platform, it is recommended to stabilize it using the brake. Additional protection is provided by rubber bumpers located on both sides of the gondola.
To restrict unauthorized use, the Zonda can be equipped with an optional key lock for controlled access. The ramp is secured by pulling it up with side chains and locking it with the handrail. Unlocking is done by lifting the release ring.
The swing is manufactured from materials with enhanced weather resistance. Steel components in contact with the ground are protected by hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating, while the remaining parts are shielded with galvanic zinc layers, an epoxy-zinc primer, and powder coating. Bolts and fasteners are covered with plastic caps, enhancing user safety. In addition to the displayed color scheme, other color configurations are available upon request.
The Zonda Swing meets the requirements of PN-EN 1176-1:2017 and PN-EN 1176-2:2019 standards, confirmed by certificates issued by the accredited certification body TÜV SÜD. This ensures the equipment can be safely used on public playgrounds, creating an accessible space for everyone.
