1. General Provisions

2. Data Controller

  1. The Service Provider is the Data Controller for its clients. We process your data:
    first name, last name, email address, phone number, address details.

  4. The Service Provider has the right to disclose the User’s personal data and other data to entities authorized under applicable legal provisions (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  5. Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawal of consent or the submission of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  6. The Service Provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under applicable legal provisions.
  7. Personal data is processed exclusively by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate and who, like us, comply with data protection regulations and requirements.
